GYMNASIUM
The technogym has everything on offer from treadmills and elliptical trainers to recumbent bicycles and rowing machines, as well as a wide variety of resistance machines and free weights.
 
SWIMMING POOL
Our 22 metre swimming pool in the main house offers a real reward after an energetic workout or an enjoyable day's leisure activity.
 
TENNIS COURTS
The six tennis courts offer a choice of four different playing surfaces. There are two synthetic grass courts, two alastesol
courts, one acrylic court and an artificial clay court.

 
COUNTRY PURSUITS
As you might expect from a country estate of such high calibre, traditional British field sports have a long history at Stapleford Park. As well as more traditional country pursuits, today's activities also include archery and mountain biking.
