Private House Parties at Stapleford Park*
The rate includes fifty-five Bedrooms, forty-eight of which are in the Main House and a further seven are located within two cottages in the grounds. The House can be occupied as desired, either singly, as doubles, or with families. The House can be taken for two or one hundred plus guests, as required.
The rate does not include exclusivity of the Swimming Pool, Spa, Golf Club, or Lifestyle Club. (These may be available by separate negotiation).
The Private House rate is based on using the total Hotel for a period from 2 p.m. on Day One until 11 a.m. on Day Two. Naturally, if the House is requested exclusively for more than one day, these timings will run through until 11.00 a.m. on the last day of the event.

The Accommodation rate includes Full English Stapleford Breakfast, a choice of Newspapers, Wi-Fi access and VAT @ 17.5%.
