Last week the Merrill Lynch Private Bank/Stapleford Park team competed for the Subsidiary Finals Cup in the 2008 City Polo Championships. Captained by Shuif Hussain, with Tomas Heguy, Federico Speciale and Jo North, they were unfortunately beaten by Fox-Davies Capital 9-3, but it was nevertheless a tremendous match to watch.

Aberdeen Asset Management today announced its title sponsorship of a major new European Seniors Tour event in Brunei, Borneo. The Aberdeen Brunei Senior Masters will take place at the Empire Hotel and Country Club from 26th February — 1st March 2009 and will be a welcome return to the European Seniors Tour for Aberdeen Asset Management.
