RESERVATIONS

We gladly accept reservations made by telephone, and request a deposit of £50 per room for each night booked. We will also accept all major credit cards as a guarantee of your reservation.

DOGS & PETS

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Stapleford. They are permitted in all public rooms on a lead, but not in any of our dining rooms. Please do not leave your pooch unattended in your bedroom. We do charge £15.00 per night, per dog.

IMPORTANT - CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit of £50 per room per respective night reserved will be held as a guarantee. Should you need to cancel your reservation the deposit will be refunded up to 28 days prior to the arrival date, thereafter the deposit becomes non refundable. In the event of cancellation within one week of arrival a full charge of one nights accommodation may be charged if we are not able to resell the room.
