We gladly accept reservations made by telephone, and request a
deposit of £50 per room for each night booked.
We will also accept all major credit cards as a guarantee of your reservation. |

DOGS |

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Stapleford. They are permitted in all public rooms on a lead, but not in any of our dining rooms. Please do not leave your pooch unattended in your bedroom. We do charge £15.00 per night, per dog. |

We would respectfully request that smart / casual attire is worn at all times, with no trainers, shorts or collarless shirts to be worn after 7:00pm in the main house. |

DINING |

| A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to all food and beverage charges. |

IMPORTANT - CANCELLATION POLICY |
| |
A deposit of £50 per room per respective night reserved will be held as a guarantee. Should you need to cancel your reservation the deposit will be refunded up to 28 days prior to the arrival date, thereafter the deposit becomes non refundable. In the event of cancellation within one week of arrival a full charge of one nights accommodation may be charged if we are not able to resell the room. |
