BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Services and facilities may be subject to change. Cancellation fees will apply if notification is not received within 7 days of the appointment of 50%. If the cancellation is not received within 24 hours of the appointment there is a 100% cancellation fee.

All Spa Experiences are to be prepaid by clients. All corporate bookings are prepaid and subject to similar cancellation charges.
